When you purchase a hair test, you will be sent a sample collection kit. Follow the instructions to collect the hair, and send it back via the pre-paid envelope. Please follow the instructions and provide sufficient hair to complete your analysis. Tests that are ruled "user error" by the lab are not eligible for a refund. You will receive an 8-digit code with your test, and that will be used to retrieve your results. Once the lab receives your sample, the results will be posted within approximately five business days.

We take privacy seriously. Your test results are 100% confidential and never linked to medical records. Results are accessible only through a secure platform, and we do not store your personal data. Results are accessed with an 8-digit code void of any identifiable personal information.

• Hair Test: Lab results are typically available within 5 business days after the sample is received.
• Instant Drug, Alcohol and Nicotine Tests: These tests provide real-time results, so no lab processing is needed.

We ship to all of the USA, Canada, the UK and the EU.

Customers are responsible for paying for international shipping at checkout. Additionally, customers will receive an addressed lab sample envelope, but will need to purchase their own postage to return it back to the USA for analysis.

We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is still sealed and unused. To keep things safe and fair for everyone, here’s what needs to stay unopened:

• Hair test pouch (the blue security seal must still be intact)
• Instant test (sealed in its original sealed, packaging)
• Large, clear protective bag (blue seal unbroken)
  

Due to the nature of testing products, we can’t accept returns on items that have been opened—your safety is our top priority.

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund your original payment method, minus a small 10% restocking fee to help cover shipping and repackaging costs, within 5 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any tests that have been opened from their manufacturer-sealed or Known-sealed packaging are not eligible for return. 

 

Shipping is free on all orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All of our packages included tracking as well as insurance. If a package is deemed "delivered" by the carrier, the item is considered fulfilled. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Lost packages that have been "delivered" cannot be refunded. We will, however, replace any items that have been lost by the carrier and not marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

Yes, for individuals ages 18 and over, permission is required for testing, as they are legally considered adults. Ensure proper consent is obtained.

Each lab-certified hair test is designed for one individual. If you need to test multiple family members, you will need to purchase a separate kit for each person.

Yes, after sending in your sample, you can track the status of your test through a secure platform, where you’ll also retrieve your confidential results once they’re ready.

No special equipment is needed. The lab-certified hair test is designed for easy, at-home use and include step-by-step instructions. All materials are included with your order.

A positive test is for forensic purposes only and indicates that the substances tested for were found during the testing process. Additional tests can be used to validate or verify results, or via a licensed medical provider.
