Order placement and coordination call
Upon order placement, we will call you to schedule a day and time. Availability is limited to evenings and weekends. Your Concierge will clarify and questions you have and confirm logistics prior to the appointment.

Testing Guidance
During the appointment, you will be guided through the entire process from start to finish. The Concierge is there to assist with any questions and ensure the Chain of Custody paperwork is completed properly.

Packaging and shipment
Your sample, once completed properly, will be packaged and sealed in front of you and taken for overnight shipping to the laboratory. Tracking will be provided.

Lab analysis
Your sample is processed using advanced CLIA and ISO testing methods that meet SAMHSA standards for accuracy and reliability.

Receive your results
Your lab results will be ready between 5-7 business days. When ready, they will be securely delivered to you electronically for your review. The lab report is certified and verifiable if need for a third-party.
