Refund policy

We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is still sealed and unused. To keep things safe and fair for everyone, here’s what needs to stay unopened:

The hair test mailer (the blue security seal must still be intact) must be unopened in order to return. Due to the nature of testing products, we can’t accept returns on items that have been opened—your safety is our top priority.

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund your original payment method, minus a small 10% restocking fee to help cover shipping and repackaging costs, within 5 business days.

Options for shipping back returns: 

1. Place a return to sender on the original package (if unopened)

2. Purchase return postage yourself to ensure tracking

3. Request a return label from us (which may reduce your return amount based on postage costs and location)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any tests that have been opened from their manufacturer-sealed or Known-sealed packaging are not eligible for return.
